Exchanges, Returns & Repairs

Undercliffe offers one of the most customer friendly exchange & return policy.

Warranty Policy 

We offer 180 days warranty on all of our products which covers only the manufacturing defects.

The warranty claim will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing fault in the product; decision of Undercliffe’s QA department in this regard will be final.

Water damage would not be covered in warranty as it comes under “wear and tear” that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of wear.

Repairs

Our shoes are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 180 days from date of your purchase. The repair normally takes a period of 10-15 business days.

Only the defective component of the shoe will be repaired or replaced.

The decision of Undercliffe's quality control department with regard to the defect will be final.

This warranty, however, is neither a guarantee against normal wear and tear nor does it apply to a product that has been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.

The claim for repair will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing fault in the product; decision of Undercliffe's QA department in this regard will be final.

Customers who wish to opt for servicing and repairs service or wish to claim our 180 days warranty are required to send the product to the outlet address at their own expense and must bare the return courier charges. 

Exchanges:

Shoe size can be exchanged within 14 days of your purchase. (ONLY IF THEY ARE NOT USED)

Shoe article can also be exchanged within 7 days of your purchase.

The product once used/worn will not be exchanged in any case.

Article Exchange or refunds are not applicable on sale or discounted items.

We understand that shoe sizes can vary thay is why we also offer only size exchange on sale as well. Size exchange can be requested within 5 calender days of your purchase. Any requests, after that in any case will not be entertained for articles on sale.

Refunds:

Undercliffe has a strict no return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective upon purchase only.

For return requests due to defective issues, Undercliffe will issue a partial refund as per its policy of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future online order. 

We offer full refunds on articles which have manufacturing defects only that will also be in form of store credit. 

If you dont want to have the store credit and you want to return the product, 40% of the total order amount will be deducted. Shipping and handling charges will also be deducted separately.

Amount Refund request can be made only within 5 calender days of your purchase, upon the receiving of the return/exchange request form. Decision regarding acceptance of return will be at the discretion of the Undercliffe's management and that will be final and non-challengeable

The refund will be processed within 15-20 business days and the voucher/store cerdit will be issued to your accordingly.

Delivery costs and parcel handling charges are non-refundable. 

To request a refund, please email us at customerservice@undercliffe.com with your order number and courier the product back to us. amount will refunded/deposited to your bank account within 15-20 business days of receiving the shoes back at our store.

*Please note that shoes returned to us without original packaging or with scratched or damaged soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Therefore, we encourage our customers to keep the original packaging for use in possibility of a return/exchange situation.

Items on Sale:

There is no guarantee/warranty, refund/replacement against the products sold at discounted price or on sale prices.

General Terms:

Decision regarding acceptance of the claim for repair, exchange or return will be at the discretion of the management which shall be final and non-challengeable.

Sale items cannot be replaced, exchanged or returned in any case. 

For custom orders, 50% advance payment should be made. Rest of the 50% shall be paid before the order delivery. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Any exchanges received after the aforementioned days will not be accepted by Undercliffe. Also, in case the shoe has undergone permanent damage (such as scratches etc.) by use of the customer, it will not be returned/exchanged. Please make sure that the product must be in the same state i.e. its original packaging when it was shipped to you and are in a re-saleable condition to be valid for our exchange/return policy, otherwise the product will be returned to you. Therefore, we encourage our customers to keep the original packaging for use in possibility of a return/exchange situation.

No claim for exchange/return/repair will be accepted unless sale invoice is not shared/attached by the customer.
